Early Years Lead Practitioner
The Governing Body of St Cecilia's Catholic Primary School invites applications for the position of Early Years Lead Practitioner. We seek to appoint a dedicated, experienced, and hard-working leader to work alongside our Early Years team and join our Senior Leadership Team, to continue to further develop the life of our caring and loving school, and to contribute, significantly, to our vibrant community.
St Cecilia's Catholic Primary School was established in March 2024 following the successful amalgamation of St Cecilia's Infant & Nursery School and St Cecilia's Junior School. We are committed to nurturing happy, confident children with enquiring minds. We strive to ensure that all our children, irrespective of background or ability, have the best opportunity to fully develop their talents and become well-rounded individuals, equipped with the key skills to meet future challenges. Our 'ASPIRE' core values are rooted in Gospel values and virtues, encapsulated in our mission statement: "With Jesus as our guide and walking by our side, we learn to love and love to learn."
You will be an outstanding practitioner, with a proven track record of highly effective practice, raising attainment and securing positive outcomes for pupils specifically in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will be ready to play a pivotal role, at this exciting time, in our continuing growth and development of our newly formed primary school, which is a centre of excellence for inclusion.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses strong leadership experience and a passion for the Early Years to lead on the development of EYFS in our school.
